About Us

Mclean-Sherwood Party Rental began it’s journey on Queen Street in Brampton in 1979. At the time, our party rental equipment ran along side the chain saws and wheel barrows of our light duty equipment rental. We carried about 200 place settings of china, tables and 2 selections of chairs in approximately 2000 sq.ft. of warehouse.

Since then, we got rid of the chains saws and wheel barrows to focus exclusively on serving the needs of the event rental industry. Tents were added to the inventory in 1981 and in 1991, we moved to our current 15,000 sq.ft. location on Bovaird Dr. We now carry close to 6000 place settings and offer in house linen, tenting, staging and more than 11 styles of chairs to choose from!

A family run business from the beginning, we have prided ourselves in quality equipment and exceptional service in the party rental industry. Being actively involved in the Canadian Rental Association and the American Rental Association has allowed us to stay on top of the changing trends in the wedding and corporate events arena and our close working relationship with our caterings ensure that your events are planned and produced with seamless effort.
